Elected officials for Elgin Township include three township board supervisors, a township clerk, and a township treasurer.  The length of terms for township supervisors is three years, and both the clerk and treasure terms are two years.  Other positions relating to the township include election greeters and judges, however, these positions are appointed positions.  If you have an interest in either being considered for an appointed position, or as a candidate for an elected position, please contact the Elgin Township Clerk.

Elections in Elgin Township are held annually on the second Tuesday in March, and each year, one supervisor and either the clerk or the treasurer are elected.
